Lead Commercial Property Portfolio Representative

About this function:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Commercial Property Portfolio Representative. The expert will be supporting Prescreening and Underwriting groups (Multifamily Capital, Real Estate Securitization and Capital Markets) and delivering the various products to the reviewer/onshore group based on the agreed quality.
In this role, you will:
Evaluate complex financial efficiency of debtor and guarantor based on a range of aspects and figuring out a suitable threat rating, both qualitative and quantitative; this would include review of monetary statements and compare it versus Commercial Property standards
Analyze historic money circulations and establishing proforma based on historic performance of the residential or commercial property and pertinent market data
Evaluate existing leases within the residential or commercial property to figure out possible effect on cash circulations by reviewing for important provisions, such as termination choices and go dark
Review loan files and sum up salient facts of the loan and ongoing covenants (both financial and non-financial) to be maintained by the debtor

Conduct practical trainings for Staff member

Required Qualifications:
6+ years of commercial genuine estate market experience, or equivalent shown through one or a mix of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
Ability to evaluate and process residential or commercial property financial statements and loan associated documents for all commercial residential or commercial property types (e.g. lease roll, historic operating declarations, appraisal reports collections and spending plan)
Monitoring and evaluating the residential or commercial property performance based on Tenants information, evaluate lease agreements and significant provision, Residential or commercial property Capital and offer the needed recommendation to Prescreening/Underwriting group.

Job Expectations:
6+ years of overall experience in Commercial Realty Industry - Prescreening and Underwriting for all industrial residential or commercial property types (MFC, RESCM).
6+ years of underwriting mortgage experience in standard & FHA items.
Strong knowledge in Government Sponsored Entities (Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac) and their underwriting treatments.
Strong Knowledge in Commercial Property domain.
Ability to read, understand and synthesize information relating to residential or commercial property efficiency/ market related details from multiple sources into one recommended template.
Strong Knowledge of mortgages, realty market, and monetary lending.
Strong knowledge in 3rd celebration documents i.e., Appraisal, PCR, ESA, Flood Determination.
Strong MS Excel, PPT, Visio understanding is obligatory.
Excellent English comprehension and written interaction abilities.
Flexibility towards deal with various processes/assignments.
Master Degree in Accounting and Finance.
Any expert Finance/Accounting/Economics certification would be a plus.
