I can't send or receive messages in Outlook

If you’re using cPanel, Outlook is most likely setup with POP3 account or IMAP.

For some users, e-mails do not arrive without manually sending and receiving them. If you are having sync issues, you can force a repair PST file without data loss manual sync by selecting the Sync button via the View tab on the Ribbon. A status message appears at the bottom of the message list while Outlook is syncing.

Repair your classic Outlook program



It includes a listing of your accounts, autocomplete information, and your name and initials. Make sure you are connected to the Internet

To disable all add-ins, you can start Outlook in safe mode. If you can send email while Outlook is in safe mode, creating a new Outlook email profile should allow you to send email again.

Check your blocked users list



If you've changed your password on the website for your email account, you'll need to change it in new Outlook, too. Sign up for tips and industry insights to level up your emailing skills. Outlook lets you block a sender or a domain in just a few clicks. This is a great way to protect your inbox from spammers and cyberbullies. If an email triggers the spam filters, Microsoft automatically moves it to your junk folder.

For more information, go to Reduce attachment size to send large files with Outlook. I deleted the Yahoo and Google accounts from Outlook and set it up again and that didn't fix anything. I uninstalled the New Outlook app and reinstalled it and that didn't fix anything. I am fairly sure it is something in my Microsoft account since all 4 of my Windows computers stopped working for the email at the same time. I have another Windows computer with a different Microsoft account and that is working fine.
