I’m Saul Zenkevicius, founder of Z Equity Group and a Commercial Real Estate investor with over two decades of experience. Throughout my career, I’ve built a $100M+ portfolio, invested in more than 1.2 million sq. ft. of property, and successfully completed 200+ principal deals along with 2,000 brokered transactions.

My mission is to foster sustainable commercial real estate investments while mentoring others to achieve success in this dynamic industry. Based in Chicago, I’m also a husband, father of three, and endurance athlete, competing in triathlons and Ironman events around the globe.
